1.1 You have the right to revoke this contract of use within fourteen days without giving reasons.
1.2 The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
1.3 In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform independesk (independesk GmbH, Nordlichtstraße 75, 13405 Berlin, E‑Mail: firstname.lastname@example.org) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e‑mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this user agreement. You may use the attached sample revocation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
1.4 In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
In the event of a revocation of this contract of use, the services received by both parties are to be returned and any benefits derived are to be surrendered. If the received services and uses cannot be returned or surrendered in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, compensation for lost value must be paid. This can lead to the fact that contractual payment obligations must nevertheless be fulfilled for the period until revocation. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation, for independesk with its receipt.
Your right of revocation expires prematurely if independesk has rendered the owed service in full and has only begun with the execution of the service after you have given your explicit consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of revocation in case of complete fulfillment of the contract by independesk.
